Client is required to insert card info prior to appointment being confirmed, unless directed otherwise by a team member. Card will not and should not be charged (unless preferred otherwise) except for when client breaches the Donavon’s Detailing policy of cancelation within 12 hours of beginning of service and/or no call no show, this will result in a 30% (of total service price) fee, unless otherwise exempted by associate of Donavon’s Detailing.

Mobile policy: We are 100% mobile, meaning we are able to (but may not, if accessible) service your vehicle without any dependent water or power source. We are mobile for no extra cost UNLESS you are outside of our 25 mile radius from the center being 1297 Modoc Way Kyle, Tx 78640. Which then will result on a fee based on how far out of the radius you are, gas prices, and service providers discretion.

If you have an SUV or a larger vehicle in general, this may apply to you: Those obtaining vehicles with an additional row of seating (meaning 3 or more) will be charged an additional fee starting at $35 and may increase subject to the detailer in service. However, no additional fees will be added to your service without communication from our team prior to that specific service being performed.
